  1. In a medium-size skillet, over medium heat, add grapeseed oil.
  2. Add snap peas, mushrooms, shallot and cook until tender - about 8 minutes.
  3. Add roasted red peppers and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Add the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, brown and wild rice and mix well.
  5. Stir in the miso mayo.
  6. Add to bowls and serve!
