Corvina with Butter and Herbs

Ingredients
  • 2 corvina fillets
  • ½ stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • ¼ tsp summer savory
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the fish with garlic, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, smoked applewood sea salt and set aside.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter, melt, and then add the fish.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes then carefully flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the fish on a paper-towel-lined plate to remove any excess fat.
  5. Serve.
